wajib uji emisi untuk siapa ?

Baru-baru ini, Pemerintah DKI Jakarta mewajibkan seluruh kendaraan pribadi untuk ikut uji emisi, hal ini mengacu kepada Peraturan Daerah (Perda) No 2/2005 mengenai Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan.

Sesuai dengan rujukannya, tentu uji emisi ini ditujukan untuk mengurangi tingkat pencemaran udara di Jakarta (is it?).

konsekuensi dari tidak dilakukannya uji emisi ini, adalah dilarang masuknya kendaraan yang tidak bersticker lolos uji emisi ke tempat parkir tertentu serta terhambatnya perpanjangan STNK mobil (is it ?).

pesimis ? ya iyalah ! yang ku lihat terus terang .. cuman perluasan proyek sana-sini...mengapa ?

mobil harus diuji di bengkel tertentu (kecuali yang beruntung dapat free test), terus yang lolos dikasih sticker (hemmm... percetakan), sebelum benar-benar lolos diperiksa sama bengkel-nya di tune up kalau perlu (duit lagiii), kalau nggak ada sticker ... bisa ditilang (yahhh objekan lagiii)....

berbagai pertanyaan timbul...

mengapa dimulai dengan kendaraan pribadi ? mengapa tidak dilakukan terhadap kendaraan umum, yang nota bene secara kasat mata aja udah keliatan berapa banyak kompor minyak yang dibawa sepanjang perjalanan.. kompor minyak? iya lah bow ! udah tebel, pekat, bau lagi, dan terhembus setiap bis atau angkot itu mengangkut penumpang...
pernahkah ada kewajiban dari pemerintah agar kendaraaan umum tersebut menggunakan bahan bakar gas ?

mengapa tidak segera difasilitasi dan ditambah armada busway? padahal busway jika saja digarap serius, bukan hanya mampu memindahkan keegoisan penumpang kendaraan pribadi-sehingga mau meninggalkan motor atau mobilnya di rumah dan lebih memilih busway, sehingga nantinya mampu menekan tingkat polusi yang ditimbulkan... sayang juga program busway nggak benar-benar digarap serius oleh pemerintah... padahal.. kapan lagi Jakarta punya transportasi terpadu ? hanya mimpi... sebagaimana mimpi para B2W-ers memiliki jalur sepeda khusus ? ah ! sama aja mimpi-nya.

yah hanya mimpi.....
....mimpi Jakarta yang hijau banyak pohonnya (himbau dong gedung-gedung dan rumah-rumah kembali berpohon.. gerakan lagi tuh yang namanya tanam sejuta pohon)...
... mimpi Jakarta punya transportasi yang bebas polusi....(*sigh*) coba liat aja sepanjang Rasuna Said sudah ada jalur rongsokan monorail yang nggak tau kapan mau dijadiin...terus trek KA yang error mulu... arggghhh...
...mimpi Jakarta bebas macet...hahaha.. banguuuuuunnnn.. nggak bakal kejadian...
