why I'm still here

Agak termenung membaca ulasan Hermawan Kartajaya, pakar marketing dan branding di Kontan hari ini, memang sich ulasan itu sepertinya untuk iklan event MarkPlus inc-nya yang menampilkan Phillip Kottler class session ... 101 hari lagi katanya... menarik yang dia bilang bahwa Bank Danamon disebut sebagai a unique muti specialist bank. what a good phrase to describe Bank Danamon, I honestly luv it...and with humble to admit that it's true.

Tidak hanya dari segi bisnis, sebagai orang yang bekerja untuk mendukung agar suatu bisnis berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan regulasi, maka we have to carefully examine what steps, procedures, requirements and so... yang bisa buat proyek tersebut lulus di mata para stakeholder termasuk dalam hal ini juragan regulator.

Kalau boleh jujur maybe that is one of many reason why I stay there for almost .... forever ..hehehe... dari masa gilang gemilang bank di bawah paket deregulasi 88...waitttt....I was not starting to work at that year, actually...at almost the end of the golden era, entering economic crisis in 98, passing economic crisis, and then masuk krisis lagi di tahun 2009 ini.

For whole years, I've been blessed by so many talented boss... gratefully they taught me at many different ways... it's true that my work place adalah tempat belajar (that's why mutasi pegawai di awal 2008 cukup tinggi, selain alasan khusus karena terbang ke tempat "tertentu", atau nggak kuat sama ritme kerjanya hingga langsung pergi, atau dibeli untuk apply keilmuannya di tempat lain---but let me tell you my friend, those who's gone actually are not old players..hehehe...)

... tidak jarang the Bank did something that it has never been regulated before and doing some other odd but acceptable action.... been thru a lot: materiality transaction, conflict of interest transaction, right issues, mergers, recaps, employee options, stock split, reverse stock split or Kuasi Organisasi... hah ???? what's that??? believe me been thru a lot....

Setelah kurenung-renung mungkin itulah penyebab-nya...why I still stay...there's always new challanges to be learned and to be done.

almost everyone I know, selalu wonder why I'm still working there and never find out why.. but know I get it... working here makes my adrenaline ups and downs...deadlines, queries, opinions, debates, challanges... all are the factors...

But actually there's another reason which will make my whole above statement become gone wrong..... dont mention of salary or benefit man !!! it's all about your boss.

so if you someday found out that I'm not working there anymore then it will be caused by no more adrenaline or my boss gone bad..... it's your call !!!
